Problem: After upgrading Mac Pro G5 to Leopard 10.5.2 applications would just disappear! The applications were still running, you could save and exit and restart – still nothing visible.
Solution: Spaces – turned it back on, and there they were, in different spaces. If you don’t like Spaces make sure that you do not have it configured to show different applications in different spaces – because whether you enable it or not, they will show up there. Crikey!
